The global pandemic of Covid-19 exceeds 1.5 people infected in Spain. The second wave of the coronavirus reached its maximum a couple of days ago, with 13,159 new infections and 435 deaths according to the Ministry of Health.
This Friday, it has been reported that the 42,619 deaths since the pandemic began and 1,556,739 cases diagnosed of contagion. In this way, they have joined 15,156 infections.
The Ministry of Health has reported 6,021 infected in the last 24 hours. In total, a cumulative incidence of 168 costs is collected per 100,000 inhabitants in the last seven days. Specifically, the Autonomous Community with the most new positives is the capital, Madrid, with 1,131 cases. Catalonia follows with 832 positives, very close to the Basque Country with 821. Meanwhile, Andalusia remains with 522.
However, some of the most worrying is the situation in the Canary Islands, which today has registered 116 new positive cases of Covid-19. In addition, a new deceased is added, reaching 317 deaths since the second wave began. In this sense, the incidence stands at 37.52 cases per 100,000 inhabitants. The island began the pandemic practically intact.
