Princess Leonor tests negative for Covid-19, but will maintain the quarantine

The Infanta Leonor has given negative in PCR test to which he had to submit after a case of Covid-19 was confirmed last Friday in his class at the Santa María de los Rosales School in Madrid. However, the eldest daughter of the kings will maintain the quarantine as a precaution, as reported by sources from the Royal House.

Last week the alarms went off at the Palacio de la Zarzuela, after a companion of the Princess of Asturias tested positive by family transmission of the parents, as advanced 'Telemadrid'.

Once the news was confirmed, the educational center implemented the usual health protocols and urged the parents of the students in this class not to attend it for the next 14 days as a preventive measure. In turn they called for calm, assuring that there was no "no cause for alarm"and that the origin of the contagion was external.

At the expense of results, monarchs have continued with official activity that they had planned for this week.

Last Wednesday, Princess Leonor attended the aforementioned center for the first time this school year and on Friday she did so for the first time accompanied by her sister Sofía.
