The rapid increase in infections in the Madrid's community, with more than fifty active regrowths, has led to Manzana to make a decision: from Monday it will close all its stores in the region. It will be a temporary closure, while they closely follow the epidemiological evolution.
In a statement, Apple confirms that "due to current Covid-19 conditions in some of the communities we serve, we are temporarily closing stores in these areas." And it is that the closure agreed for all the Apple Store in Madrid is added to that of the Saragossa, which remains with the closing down since the beginning of August.
In the note, the technology giant says it has decided to take this step "with great caution", given the high number of infections, and hope that its teams and customers "return as soon as possible." They will closely follow the evolution of the sprouts to decide when the Apple Store will reopen.
This is the list of stores in the Community of Madrid that will be temporarily closed:
-Arroyomolinos (Xanadú shopping center)
-Leganés (Parquesur shopping center)
-Madrid (Puerta del Sol)
-Majadahonda (Gran Plaza 2 shopping center)
